Financial Aid Initial Awards- What to Expect

University+, UWW and on-line students who apply for financial aid can expect to receive their 2026-27 award letter emails beginning the end of June 2026. Due to changes to loan limits under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA), initial federal loan awards will be 50% of the maximum annual limit and assuming half-time enrollment. Enrolled credits will be evaluated after add/drop each term and loans will be increased to match enrollment levels. Click the link below for more information on OBBBA.
