The Office for Institutional Effectiveness (OIE) partners with campus stakeholders to support the assessment and progress of the strategic plan, focusing on data analysis and continuous improvement. In addition, OIE actively collaborates to optimize institutional programs and initiatives by leveraging expertise in strategic planning, continuous improvement, project and change management —while offering these services at no cost to campus partners.

"Built on a foundation of trust and partnership, OIE leverages broad expertise to aid and optimize efforts across campus and helps transform data into meaningful impact for the University of Massachusetts."
