Wellness Resources for UMass Employees
- We are a Health Promoting University: UMass Amherst is dedicated to creating, cultivating, and sustaining a healthy environment for our entire campus. By integrating the values of the Okanagan Charter, we promote a holistic view of health—encompassing physical, mental, spiritual, and social well-being—and aim to embed health into all aspects of campus life.
