• Employee Counseling and Consultation Office (ECCO): ECCO offers free, confidential counseling and consultation services to help you navigate personal and work-related challenges.
• Employee Assistance Program (EAP): Our Optum EAP provides 24/7 access to resources, counseling, and support for you and your family. Whether you’re dealing with stress, family matters, or financial planning, the EAP is here to help (use access code Mass4You).
• Building a Community of Dignity and Respect: We’re dedicated to creating a community where everyone feels safe and respected. Through this initiative, we aim to uphold dignity and respect across campus, ensuring all employees have access to a supportive and inclusive workplace.
• Ombuds Office: The Ombuds Office is a confidential, neutral, and independent resource that provides guidance, conflict resolution, and support. The Ombuds team is available to help you address workplace challenges with an impartial and supportive approach.
