The EOA Office administers the University's Policy Against Discrimination, Harassment, and Related Interpersonal Violence, which prohibits discrimination and harassment of students and employees.
The EOA Office oversees the University's Title IX Policy and Grievance Procedures which prohibit sex-based discrimination in education including sexual harassment, sexual violence, bullying, pregnancy and parenting discrimination, and gender-based stereotyping and harassment.
The EOA Accessible Workplace unit (within Human Resources) is responsible for administering reasonable workplace accommodations for faculty and staff through an interactive process.
