Together We Reflect and Look Forward
As the end of the year approaches, we find ourselves reflecting on the dedication that each of you brings to our shared mission of shaping the future for our students. Your commitment, kindness, and unwavering passion have created an environment where learning thrives, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.
This year, our gratitude carries a deeper meaning. We recognize the effect of recent local and international events and their personal and collective impact across our campus. We can be thankful for each other and unite in our shared commitment to our campus community.
Please remember we are always here for you, and we encourage you to explore the many support services UMass offers its employees. Our doors and hearts are open to listen, understand, and support you in any way you may need. Together, we can face challenges, knowing that we have a strong, caring community to rely on.
