With the release of the 2024-2034 Strategic Plan, WLD has looked through the resources available in LinkedIn Learning and selected the following offerings guided by the goals outlined in the Strategic plan.

CONNECT – The following learning path on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion covers ways to foster an inclusive and accessible environment at work. Six courses have been selected for a total of 5 hours and 25 minutes of material.

STEWARD – The following learning path on Change Management covers strategies to adapt to change in ways that allow us to continue to succeed. Four courses have been selected for a total of 5 hours and 5 minutes of material.

ENGAGE – The following learning path on Communication and Engagement  covers strategies to communicate effectively in a variety of situations which is essential when engaging with members of the campus or the community outside of Umass. Six courses have been selected for a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes worth of content.

INNOVATE – The following learning path on Critical Thinking and Innovation covers ways to problem solve using critical thinking and come up with innovative solutions. Six courses have been selected for a total of 5 hours and 15 minutes worth of content.

EDUCATE – The following learning path on Designing and Delivering Trainings covers different skills involved in designing and delivering trainings for adult learners. Five courses have been selected for a total of 5 hours and 24 minutes worth of content.

These paths are an opportunity to expand your professional toolkit with extensive courses on productivity, change management, diversity, equity and inclusion, conflict resolution, and communication. These curated learning tracks offer overarching skills to contribute to professional growth across various roles.
