Elevate Your Experience: Join Us at the ERG and Affinity Group Discovery Fair
Join us at the Employee Resource Group and Affinity Group Discovery Fair, supported by the Office of Human Resources and the Office of Equity and Inclusion, to explore new avenues for growth and connection! Enjoy live music and light refreshments while discovering our campus groups dedicated to veterans, faculty and staff of color, LGBTQIA+ employees, international employees, and Allies for Illness and Disability Access (UMAIDA). These Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are designed to foster networking, professional development, and mentorship with strong community support.
We’re also excited to introduce new Affinity Groups focused on building communities of practice and providing a space for members to connect and support each other around common backgrounds and shared experiences. At the fair, we’ll have a feedback table where you can suggest new Affinity Groups or express your interest in helping to lead one.
