The tools and procedures outlines in these guidelines were developed by a labor management committee for the benefit of MTA/PSU, Unit A members and their supervisors. This performance management evaluation system incorporates many of the best practices utilized by other institution of higher education and involved making many changes from the previous system of performance evaluation.
