Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the Associate Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Applications & Platforms (ACIO) provides strategic leadership and institutional accountability for the University’s enterprise and academic application portfolio, including Academic Technologies, Student Information Systems, cloud-enterprise platforms, and enterprise integration and software development services.
The successful Associate Chief Information Officer, Enterprise Applications & Platforms candidate will:
- Provides executive ownership of the enterprise application and platform portfolio, setting multi year strategy, investment priorities, and governance to ensure cloud based platforms deliver secure, scalable, and resilient capabilities that enable institution wide engagement, automation, and data driven decision making.
- Provides executive oversight of enterprise applications, integrations, software development, and Student Information Systems, ensuring modern, well governed, and interoperable platforms that support the full student lifecycle and align architecture, data governance, and institutional priorities.
- Leads the strategic direction and modernization of Academic Technologies, including the LMS and learning platforms, ensuring alignment with teaching, learning, and student success goals while balancing enterprise integration, shared services, and academic autonomy through strong executive and delegated leadership.
- Translates institutional priorities into platform enabled strategies through strong executive partnerships, governance, and risk leadership, communicating platform performance and value while ensuring compliance, security, resilience, and shared accountability across the institution.
The preferred candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree with seven years of progressive senior management experience in Information Technology. A Master's degree and experience operating within a product-centric or product-oriented IT organization is preferred.

The target salary range for this position is between $175,000 and $215,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
