Academic positions

Salary administrations for academic personnel such as faculty, librarians, graduate employees, post-doctoral associates and research fellows are administered by the Provost’s Office.

• Office of the Provost Academic Personnel
• Office of the Provost Policies and Labor Contracts

Faculty and Librarians

• Are, for the most part, covered by collective bargaining agreement with the Massachusetts Society of Professors.

Graduate Employees

• Covered by collective bargaining agreement  and the UAW Local 2322 is administered by the Graduate School.

Post Doctoral Associates

• Covered by the collective bargaining agreement with UAW Local 2322.
• Article 23 covers salary administration.
