The Engineering Management program is designed for engineers to learn the language and breadth of business while building on their technical expertise to become savvy data-driven leaders. You'll learn to plan projects, manage integrated teams, refine internal processes, and make decisions that lead to better products and systems. 

A collaboration between the nationally ranked Riccio College of Engineering and the Isenberg School of Management, this interdisciplinary program engages faculty from both schools.  

Pursue a Stackable Engineering Management MS Degree Online or In Person

This 30-credit-hour STEM program can be completed in 1–2 years.
