MSEM Curriculum
Our innovative and comprehensive curriculum is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel at the intersection of engineering, data analytics, and management. With a total requirement of 10 courses (30crs), you'll have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of courses offered by both the School of Management and the College of Engineering. Note that you can get two certificates along the way as you complete your 30crs, one in Engineering Project Management and Leadership and one in Decision Analytics.
Foundation Courses (Required)

Technical/Analytics Core (Choose three courses)

Certifications
As part of the MSEM program, you'll have the opportunity to earn valuable certifications:
- PML Certification (Project Management and Leadership): Complete the courses in Project Budgeting and Finance for Engineers, Technical Project Management, and Engineering Leadership and Entrepreneurship to earn this prestigious certification, demonstrating your proficiency in project management and leadership skills.
- DAN Certification (Decision Analytics): Earn the DAN certification by successfully completing the courses in Descriptive Analytics, Prescriptive Analytics, and Predictive Analytics and Statistical Learning, showcasing your expertise in data-driven decision-making and analytics.
