For general technology help, and help accessing university technology services including Canvas, the IT Service Desk is available via chat, phone, or in-person in the Campus Center during service hours.
For technical help with using Canvas, 24/7 support is available from Instructure in Canvas.
For all instructors teaching at UMass Amherst, these resources will allow you to stay up to date on the latest in Canvas, learn more about the new LMS, and provide new possibilities for your courses.

⚠ Note: As of Friday, August 9th, Instructional Media Lab (IML) in-person support is now available at the new office on the 7th floor of the W.E.B Du Bois Library.
