Get your annual Flu and Covid-19 vaccines at our convenient Drop-In Clinics! No appointment necessary. Bring your UCard and your insurance card (or a photo of the front and back of your card) or submit your insurance information ahead of time on the UMass Patient Portal. NO out-of-pocket costs for UMass students!

To submit your insurance information:

1. Log into the UMass Patient Portal
2. Under University Health Services, click "Get Started"
3. In the sidebar menu, click "Insurance" (on mobile, click 3 lines to expand menu)
4. Click "Add New" to enter your insurance information and upload photos of your card

Insurance Coverage for UMass Employees

To avoid being billed for vaccines you receive at a UHS Drop-In Clinic, you must either have a UHS primary care provider or a PPO insurance plan that UHS accepts. Learn about accepted insurance plans and becoming a UHS patient here. UHS does not accept Medicare. You can receive vaccines covered by insurance at local pharmacies.
