The Office of Research and Engagement, in collaboration with the Controller’s Office and Administration and Finance systems, has announced the schedule for its spring Research Administration Training Programs.

Registration for the workshops, which include Core, PRO and Kuali Research offerings, is now open through Workplace Learning and Development (WLD).

Core & PRO Offerings

• Core 1: Orientation and Fundamentals of Research Administration & Compliance – Feb. 26, 9:30-11 a.m.
• Core 2: Proposal Submission and Budgeting – March 5, 9:30-11 a.m.
• Core 3: Proposal Development Methods and Tools – March 12, 9:30-11:30 a.m.
• Core 4: Award Management, Acceptance, and Negotiation – March 19, 9:30-11 a.m.
• Core 5: Financial Research Administration – Controller’s Office – March 26, 9:30-11:30 a.m.
• Core 6: SUMMIT Financials for Departmental Post Award Management – April 2, 9:30-11 a.m.
• PRO Series: Subrecipient Monitoring and Management – Controller’s Office – May 7, 9:30-11 a.m.
