The Week of Wellbeing kicks off the semester with various opportunities for students, faculty, and staff to relax, connect, and recharge.
Beginning February 3, this week-long celebration is a cross-campus collaboration involving the Okanagan Wellbeing Collective, the Office of Equity and Inclusion, Student Affairs, Campus Life, and many others. Learn more.

Guided Forest Therapy Walk with Sound Journey
Monday, February 3, 11 a.m. - approx. 1 p.m. | Sylvan Woods Trails on Campus (Meet at Lot 44 on Eastman Lane)
Led by certified Forest Therapy Guide Ernie Brooks, this scenic walk will be a rejuvenating experience that fosters your connection to the natural world and provides an opportunity to immerse yourself in a calming environment within the trails of Sylvan Woods.

Chapel Unplugged
