Request for Off-Cycle Review

This form should be used to request an off-cycle review of a professional position. The form can be found in Appendix #3 of the PSU contract and further information can be found in Appendix B of the PSU contact, the policies and procedures for bargaining unit positions sections.

A non-periodic position re-evaluation will be considered only if significant changes in complexity of duties have taken place. It should be noted that changes in work volume, minor changes in work content, or changes in quality of employee performance will not result in a changed position level, and should not result in a request for a Position Classification review.
