These are payroll and benefits forms all PostDoctoral employees must complete and submit in order to be employed by UMass Amherst:

• Page one of the federal I-9 Employment Eligibility Authorization form (part of this package of forms) must be completed by new employees on-or-before their first day of work.
• The full packet of completed forms must be submitted to UMass Amherst Human Resources with original, unexpired I-9 supporting documents by the third day of employment.
