Required Trainings for New Employees

The University has contracted with Get Inclusive to offer training sessions on Respectful Workplace Training and Harassment Prevention & Title IX. New employees are required to complete both online trainings within the first 6 months of employment.

New employees will receive an e-mail invitation to complete the Massachusetts State Ethics Commission on-line training. Course completion is required.

Some University departments may have additional training requirements for new employees based on job needs and department expectations. If you are unsure which trainings to attend, contact your supervisor and departmental HR staff.
