In addition to deepening your engineering skill set, the MSEM will build your business acumen. You'll learn to plan projects, manage integrated teams, refine internal processes, and make data-driven decisions that lead to better products. In short, you'll discover the language of business and the discipline to look at everyday management challenges more holistically.

Three options for added flexibility: Complete your degree fully online, fully on campus, or in a hybrid fashion with a mix of online and on-campus coursework. This streamlined 30-credit-hour program can be completed in 1–2 years.

The field experience concentration allows students to focus on practical application, both inside the classroom through project-heavy courses and far from campus on internships, co-ops or practicum opportunities.
