UMass Amherst Information Technology (IT) has deployed XMedius (XM), an electronic fax (efax) solution, to campus and is in the process of transitioning analog fax lines to XM. UMass Amherst faculty and staff are now able to send faxes using XM.

XM is a safe, secure and easy to use solution, accessible on any web browser, to send and receive faxes. No ink or paper is required, you can attach multiple files directly from a computer to the fax, and you can save important faxes as PDFs.
