24/7 Canvas tech support available from Instructure in Canvas
Students and instructors: 24/7 Canvas tech support is now available directly from Instructure. Just log in to Canvas and click the Help button (located in the lower left on the web, or the menu in the Canvas Student app).
The 24/7 Canvas tech support option is provided by Instructure, the developers of the Canvas learning management system, not the IT Service Desk. See the Canvas landing page for more information.
⚠ Instructors: The 24/7 Canvas support option is focused on technical issues, e.g. troubleshooting or help navigating the Canvas interface. See Support for instructors above for instructional design help.

Suspicious Messages, Phishing, and Scams
If you have:
- Received or responded to a supsicious message
- Provided sensitive information or something of value to someone you don't trust
- Experienced other security issues

Unauthorized Access to Devices or Systems
If you suspect someone may have unauthorized access to a device or system containing university data (through malware, physical access, or other means), email @email.
Lost or Stolen Devices
If you believe a device containing university data has been lost or stolen, email @email.
Compromised or Unauthorized Accesses to Payment Card Information
If you suspect a compromise or unauthorized access to credit card information, contact the campus ecommerce representative immediately at pci@admin.umass.edu to initiate the appropriate response, pursuant to the acquiring bank and card brand incident response procedures.

W.E.B. Du Bois Library, Lower Level, Room 43The ATC is equipped with some assistive technologies one can use only in the computer lab, such as Dragon Naturally Speaking and OCR scanning tools. The ATC is open following the Du Bois library schedule, and staff are available to help by appointment.
