Suspicious Messages, Phishing, and Scams

If you have:

  • Received or responded to a supsicious message
  • Provided sensitive information or something of value to someone you don't trust
  • Experienced other security issues

Unauthorized Access to Devices or Systems

If you suspect someone may have unauthorized access to a device or system containing university data (through malware, physical access, or other means), email @email.

 

Lost or Stolen Devices

If you believe a device containing university data has been lost or stolen, email @email.

 

Compromised or Unauthorized Accesses to Payment Card Information

If you suspect a compromise or unauthorized access to credit card information, contact the campus ecommerce representative immediately at [email protected] to initiate the appropriate response, pursuant to the acquiring bank and card brand incident response procedures.

In-Person Help

W.E.B. Du Bois Library, Lower Level, Room 43
The ATC is equipped with some assistive technologies one can use only in the computer lab, such as Dragon Naturally Speaking and OCR scanning tools. The ATC is open following the Du Bois library schedule, and staff are available to help by appointment.
