The Department of Communication in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences and the Global Technology for Social Justice (GloTech) Lab invite faculty members and graduate students to “Building Your Academic Project Management System,” a Zoom workshop scheduled for Thursday, Oct. 29 from 4:00-5:15 p.m.

During the workshop, Fatima Gaw, a doctoral candidate and graduate affiliate at the Center for Communication & Public Policy in the School of Communication at Northwestern University, will discuss the research pipeline and share bespoke management tools useful for each stage of academic projects. The workshop will be especially useful for complex, multi-year, applied, or collaborative research with data-gathering or fieldwork components as Gaw will apply her industry experience in discussing how academics can be more efficient, fair and organized in their everyday work.
