ECCO (Employee Counseling and Consultation Office):
ECCO is a confidential and free service designed for UMass Amherst faculty and staff. ECCO offers a safe space for employees to address work-related and personal concerns on-campus and over Zoom. Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Optum:
The university also offers a state-sponsored Employee Assistance Program, Mass4You, which includes virtual counseling services, guidance from financial advisors, referral for a variety of work-life convenience services and access to a substance abuse hotline.
