The Massachusetts Group Insurance Commission (GIC) offers benefits eligible faculty and staff an opportunity to participate in Flexible Spending Accounts (a Health Care Spending Account/HCSA and Dependent Care Assistance Program/DCAP). This handbook provides important plan information to plan participants for plan year starting July 1, 2026.
