UMACC Nonprofit Fair and Launch Party Changed to Sept. 26

The 2024 UMass Amherst Community Campaign (UMACC) Nonprofit Fair and Launch Party has been changed to Thursday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The event on Goodell Lawn, which was previously scheduled for Oct. 16, will feature representatives from more than 30 local nonprofits suggested by UMACC donors to help celebrate the launch of the Community Campaign. Fair attendees can learn about the organizations’ missions, impact and volunteer opportunities while refreshments are served.

The nonprofit fair and launch party will also feature appearances from dogs from Dakin Humane Society, Better Together Dog Rescue and an Amherst Police K9 officer, as well as bunnies from Western Mass Rabbit Rescue.
