Flags Lowered for Wilmington Representative

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered the United States and Commonwealth flags lowered to half-staff at all state buildings until Friday, April 27, the day of interment, in honor of state Rep. James Miceli of Wilmington, who died April 21.
