Flags Lowered for Gloucester Soldier

Gov. Charlie Baker has ordered that the United States and Commonwealth flags be lowered to half-staff at all state buildings on Saturday, March 17, the day of interment, in honor of Spc. Michael J. Grella of Gloucester, who died March 9. He was stationed at Joint Force Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia.
