Employment Type | Calculation |
---|---|
Hourly Employees (Temporary) | Hourly rate x hours per week x 52 (weeks in a year) = Annual Salary |
Exempt | Total annual / 26 = Biweekly |
Non-Exempt | Biweekly x 26 = Annual Salary |
43-Week Appointment | Annual (52 weeks) salary / 1.15 = Annual 43-Week Salary |
