Please join us for a presentation sponsored by the LGBTQIA+ Employee Resource Group and facilitated by Penn Pritchard (they/them), director for education and development at the Office of Equity and Inclusion.
This session will approach professional development through an explicitly Queer lens, exploring the existing cultural norms that limit our wholeness and authenticity while also imagining new paths to equity and inclusion that intentionally uplift and honor Queer identities, cultures, and futures.
This event is designed for ALL UMass Amherst employees who identify under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, including those who are newer to this type of affinity space and those who occupy additional marginalized identities and experiences. If you have ever wondered whether you’re X enough to “count,” please know that you are especially welcome and wanted in this conversation. RSVP Today.
