TASC Cards Deactivated Effective June 8, 2025

The MA Group Insurance Commission's (GIC) Health Care Spending Account & Dependent Care Assistance Program vendor, TASC, is updating their debit card processing platform the week of June 8, 2025. New TASC Cards will be mailed June 9, 2025.

 IMPORTANT TO KNOW - Participants:

  • Please watch the mail for receipt of your your new card.
  • Can use their current card through end-of-day June 7, 2025. After June 7, 2025, you will no longer be able to access your TASC funds using your current card(s), including purchases and ATM withdrawals.
  • Should change any automatic payments that they have with the current card before June 7, 2025.

HOW TO ACCESS BENEFIT ACCOUNT FUNDS - Participants:

  • Who have a benefit eligible expense to pay before their new TASC Card arrives, can sign in to MyTASC or open the TASC mobile app and request a reimbursement. Once approved, they can transfer the reimbursed funds from MyCash directly to their bank account.
