AskHR, Case Management System Introduced to Campus
Content
On May 11, Vice Chancellor & Chief Human Resources Officer Bill Brady sent the email below to faculty and staff announcing the introduction of AskHR, the campus’s new integrated case management system:
The Office of Human Resources is pleased to announce the introduction of AskHR, our new integrated case management system, otherwise known as a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform. AskHR is available to the campus community as of today, May 11, 2023 on the HR website. It should be used to make requests to the Human Resources office and will streamline the process for both employees and the HR team.
With AskHR, you will be able to easily submit questions and requests related to your employment, such as benefit, payroll, and retirement inquiries, as well as any other HR-related questions. Our HR team will be able to process these requests more efficiently and effectively through AskHR, ensuring that your needs are met in a timely manner.
The benefits of using AskHR are many. By centralizing all requests in one location, we can better track and manage each request, reducing the likelihood of errors or delays. Additionally, AskHR allows for better communication between employees and the HR team, providing a clear and transparent process for all parties involved. Over time, the system will also be able to monitor and identify popular themes and questions that come through so we can direct resources where they are most needed.
We strongly encourage all faculty and staff to utilize AskHR for their HR-related needs rather than calling or emailing individual HR representatives. To access the submission form, as well as a list of comprehensive FAQs, simply click on the AskHR tab located on the top of every HR website page. The system is very user-friendly, and once you submit a request, you will receive a confirmation copy of it by email.
If you have any questions or concerns about AskHR, we will be hosting information sessions to provide an overview of the system and answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to join us by zoom on either of the following dates:
Monday, May 15, 2023 from 3-3:30 p.m.

Wednesday, May 17, 2023 from 2-2:30 p.m.

We appreciate your support and cooperation as we implement this new system. We believe that it will greatly improve our HR processes and ultimately lead to a more efficient and satisfactory experience for our campus community members.
Warm Regards,
Bill
