UMass Amherst Chancellor Javier Reyes has appointed a search advisory committee to aid in the selection of the next vice chancellor and chief human resources officer.

The committee will be chaired by Christopher Misra, vice chancellor for information technology and CIO.

The search firm Spelman Johnson will assist the committee with its work. The chancellor has asked the committee to forward their recommendation to him by April 30, 2024.
