  • Professional Background: More than a decade of experience as a nutritionist, clinical dietitian and diabetes educator, in settings including acute care hospitals, a university athletic center and a community-based family health center. My background includes integrative nutrition and counseling, wellness and health promotion, diabetes management, teaching and research.

  • More About Me: I love to be outdoors, especially near mountains and water. I enjoy running, cycling, swimming and hiking, and have completed three triathlons so far. Other favorite pastimes include cooking, gardening, and learning.
