Ask a Nurse Callback Queue (Available during UHS business hours)
UMass community members can request a call from a UHS nurse to discuss non-urgent health questions by joining the Ask a Nurse Callback Queue.
How it Works:
- Go to the UHS QLess Kiosk.
- Enter your cell phone number and select Ask a Nurse.
- Enter a brief description of your symptoms or health question.
- You’ll receive a text message with your estimated wait time, and another message when you reach the front of the line and a nurse is about to call you.
- Be prepared to answer the nurse’s phone call. If it’s not a good time for you to take a call, you can send a text to ask for more time or leave the queue and rejoin at another time.
