- Faculty & staff utilization of campus professional development resources
Strategy 1: Attract, retain, and develop talent from a wide range of backgrounds and perspectives.

- Partner with central HR to build a strong employer brand and streamline the hiring and performance management processes.
Strategy 2: Align work with expertise and organizational needs.

- Support opportunities for faculty career development, publicly recognize accomplishments, and actively support nominations for awards and honors.
- Build cross-functional learning opportunities, including interdepartmental projects and committees, and mentoring programs.
