Schedule an Appointment with OSA

Meet with an advisor in-person or remote

Welcome to the Office of Student Affairs on-line appointment system!

Students already in their major (non PR-ENGIN) should verify their advisor on SPIRE and contact them directly to schedule appointments unless seeking advice on study abroad or the Engineering Management Minor.

FOR A DEAN’S SIGNATURE: Please email your forms to coeadvising [at] umass [dot] edu for a dean's signature.

To make an appointment for PR-ENGIN academic advising, study abroad, or the Engineering Management Minor:

  • Click on “Make an Appointment” 
  • Log in using your campus NetID and password
  • Select "College of Engineering - Office of Student Affairs"
  • Follow the remaining prompts to schedule your appointment

Please note: Your optional comments, made when creating an appointment, will be saved as part of your academic records.

To cancel and appointment:

  • Click on “Make an Appointment”
  • Log in using your campus NetID and password
  • Find your “Upcoming Appointments” on the right side
  • Open the appointment and find the “cancel” link. Your advisor will receive notice that you have cancelled the appointment.
