"Inventing an Industry at the Intersection of Textiles and Electronics"

Abstract

Nautilus Defense develops novel materials and manufacturing methods that enable the integration and networking of microelectronics within textile substrates and systems.  These technologies are used to build an array of deployable and ambulatory sensing and actuation solutions that look, feel, and function like traditional textiles. Nautilus is a vertically integrated company actively transitioning its research from lab to market using advanced digital manufacturing tools in Rhode Island.
