The College is proud to announce the recipients of its 2025 Outstanding Alumni Awards, including five Distinguished Alumni and five Outstanding Young Alumni.

On Wednesday, February 12, the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) hosted the final event in its Women’s Dinner Series.

The CoE has upgraded Lecturers Shira Epstein, William Leonard, Karen Skolfield, and Nick Tooker, as well as Research Assistant Professor Cole Fitzpatrick.

The Elaine Marieb Center for Nursing and Engineering Innovation hosted nurses and nurse educators from the Baystate Medical Center Emergency Department.

The event is a research meeting, networking event, job fair, and showcase event for the robotics community in the Northeastern United States and Canada.

DeFonzo served on the ECE faculty for 34 years, played a key role in starting the CASA Engineering Research Center, and created several enduring ECE courses.
