
Certificate in Aerospace Engineering
The Certificate Program in Aerospace Engineering (CPAE) is a 15-credit undergraduate Certificate Program to provide students in the College of Engineering the knowledge, skills, and experiential learning opportunities to pursue careers and/or graduate studies in aerospace-related fields. All engineering undergraduates are eligible to participate in the program and qualify for certification.
The program has four major components: 1) Required Courses; 2) Foundational courses; 3) Elective courses. See the curriculum. Students will gain a breadth of knowledge in topics related to aerospace engineering, including aerodynamics, aerospace materials, structures, propulsion, flight mechanics, and stability and control.
