IT Service Desk Has Moved to the Campus Center

IT User Services has a new name, IT Service Desk, and a new home. As of Monday, June 13, after more than three decades in Lederle Graduate Research Center, the IT Service Desk has relocated to space on the ground floor of the Campus Center just off the main concourse heading toward the Student Union.

IT Service Desk staff are available to answer your technology questions and support your computing needs via email, chat, phone and in person. In the Campus Center, the physical IT Service Desk will provide a more immersive support experience, with expanded hours and on-demand microlearning planned for later this year. The new name, IT Service Desk, better reflects the broad range of activities that IT support teams are engaged in, emphasizes delivering service to the campus community, and is connected to IT service management best practices.

Support is available via emailchat, phone (413-545-9400), or in-person at the Campus Center. Current hours of operation can be found at www.umass.edu/it/get-help#service-desk.
