CTL and SACL to Host Suicide Prevention and Support Sessions

During the month of October, the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) and Student Affairs and Campus Life (SACL) will host a series of events to help faculty and instructors support students who have had experiences related to suicide and those at risk of suicide.
The two sessions, which will each be offered both online and in-person at separate times, will include an overview led by the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and a 30-minute discussion about UMass Amherst campus resources. For online sessions, a Zoom link will be provided upon registration.
