Host Your Meeting or Event
UMass Downtown is available to be reserved by campus and community partners for small programs and events. Our multipurpose meeting and micro-event space is equipped with tables, chairs, a water dispenser, a sound system, monitors for presentations, wireless internet, and two single-stall restrooms. Event Space
When not being used as a retail space, our main event room can be used for lectures, readings, workshops, receptions, performances, and other events for small audiences.
Four six-foot rectangular tables, six high-top tables, and 40 chairs are available for events.
Three monitors are available for presentations and can be connected to computers via HDMI or Airplay. A sound system and two microphones are also available.
Conference Room
Our conference room is a great space for small groups to meet, plan, and dream together. The room features an eight-foot conference table, seven chairs, and a wall-mounted monitor with a camera for video meetings.
