Enrollment Open for Leadership Academy Programs

Enrollment is now open for the upcoming Leadership Academy programs, Foundations of Supervision and Essentials of Management. These two multi-modal programs expand the effectiveness of supervisors and managers.

Through this interactive online learning, program participants become part of a valuable community that emphasizes learning from one another, problem-solving together and building a network of support and resources. Each program cohort consists of peers from across the university who can apply the Leadership Academy’s leadership development framework to their specific position and work context.

The UMass Amherst Leadership Academy is open to UMass Amherst employees in supervisor roles. Separate resources are provided for supervisors of student workers.
