George Olisedeme-Akpu '24

Hey, I'm George. I am currently a senior Mechanical Engineering major with a minor in IT. 

This summer, I interned with Procter & Gamble as an Information & Operations Technology intern right outside of Atlanta, GA, where I learned a lot about IT and its role in supporting product supply on a global scale. The preceding summer, I interned with General Dynamics Electric Boat in New London, CT as a Design & Engineering Intern in component engineering. Through this experience, I learned a lot about the logistics and planning involved in designing and delivering some of the world's best nuclear submarines! 

Outside academics, I enjoy running, photography, traveling, and Tennis. Feel free to stop by the career center for a chat!
