“The College of Engineering at UMass Amherst provides a rigorous and rewarding educational experience for all students who are passionate about science, technology, and engineering. I am honored to be an alumnus of the COE and to have been a part of this school for 4 years. I am grateful for the continuous support from the professors and faculty members and am so appreciative of their efforts to ensure all the students are well taken care of. As a young female engineering student, I am happy to have selected this school for they continue to foster a collaborative and inclusive environment for all. Additionally, this school has enabled me to grow to my fullest potential and I am confident the skills I have acquired will be put to great use in my future career.”

During her time at UMass, Alexandra completed internships at Entegris and Dassault Systèmes, worked as a Teaching Assistant, and conducted research in Experimental Fluid Dynamics under the advising of Professor Jonathan Rothstein. After graduation, she will be joining Dassault full-time as a technical sales engineer (in Waltham, MA).
