Professor Yahya Modarres-Sadeghi of the Mechanical and Industrial Engineering Department has been selected as one of 50 fellows to participate in the very prestigious Harvard Radcliffe Institute Fellowship Program, which offers practitioners in many fields a rare opportunity to pursue their work in a vibrant interdisciplinary community.
Modarres-Sadeghi will collaborate with the Harvard biologist George Lauder and his students to design and build a robotic fish that will enable the study of fish behavior in unexplored ocean environments.
