The Office of Faculty Development (OFD) is now accepting nominations and applications for Chancellor’s Leadership Fellowships for the 2026-27 academic year.

In addition, fellows are expected to launch a significant program during their fellowship year.
CLF appointments include a 50% teaching release and one month of summer salary. A list of past Chancellor's Leadership Fellows by year can be found on the Office of Faculty Development’s website.

2026-27 CLF Proposal Areas
The Learning Resource Center
The Learning Resource Center (LRC) seeks a fellow to lead the integration of Level Up Your Learning Curriculum on College Success Skills into large lecture courses and learning environments across campus. This initiative includes coordinating curriculum alignment with specific disciplines, participating in creating videos as part of the process of transforming the curriculum into Canvas modules, and assisting with marketing and implementation efforts with faculty and campus partners. The fellow will also oversee data collection and analysis during the beta launch phase to assess module effectiveness and inform future scaling.
This project is in alignment with the LRC’s commitment to academic equity and innovation, and the fellow will play a key role in shaping how success skills are embedded into high-impact learning environments.
The fellow will be mentored by the Executive Director of the Learning Resource Center, Lin Tang.
Proposed Timeline:
- Fall 2026 – Alignment of curriculum with specific disciplines and filming
- Spring 2027 – Marketing and beta testing in courses
- Summer 2027 – Data collection, tweaking, and marketing
It is expected that the curriculum will launch in Fall 2027.

The fellow will be mentored by Brian Baldi, senior lecturer and interim CTL director.

This fellowship project will focus on program development at the Charles River Campus. Individuals should propose projects in their application; priority will be given to program proposals that include in-person courses on the campus and integrate experiential learning (internships) opportunities.
