Maura Lane Warner ’91 Chemical Engineering

Maura Lane Warner is the CEO & Co-founder of Sidereal Therapeutics, an early-stagedrug development company focused on kidney disease and blood-related disorders.   

Previously, Maura was Chief Business Officer at a number of biotechnology companies in both drug development and synthetic biology and led Business Development & Licensing efforts at Royal DSM, Xcellerex, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Wyeth/Genetics Institute.  With more than twenty years broad-based leadership experience in the life sciences industry, Maura has been responsible for driving corporate development and product commercialization in a variety of therapeutic areas. 

She received a BS in Chemical Engineering from University of Massachusetts Amherst and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
